Today’s Zen Challenge

Stop! Yeah, now and think……..Have I been running on automatic the past hour. The Zen Challenge today is to stop and smell a flower or an aroma from a restaurant. Maybe even notice the smell of that chocolate you’re about to put in your mouth. Take time to smell anything that is savoring to your nose. Appreciate the sense of smell. Let this be your Zen Moment Today! So take the challenge.
